How much is Shipping & Handling?
Domestic ( Within the United States )
Orders of 1 - 10 bows are shipped via USPS First Class Mail ( 2 - 5 business days) and a fee of $4 is added to the order upon checkout.
**If you are ordering 1 - 10 bows and would like to upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail ( 1 - 3 business days ) to get them sooner a fee of $7 is added to the order upon checkout.
International ( Outside of the United States )
Our International Shipping & Handling Fee is $13 for orders under $50 and $20 for order over $51. International shipping can take 7 - 10 business days or longer and is dependent on your local postal office.
How do I pay for the bows?
Crafty Bow Mama accepts payments via PayPal and utilize Square to process payments.
The nice thing about PayPal.com is that they don't require you to have an account to be able to pay for the bows.
Do you take custom bow requests?
Absolutely! Customers are encouraged to email us about customizing a bow as here at Crafty Bow Mama we want you to completely love the bow you'll be wearing and customization is definitely one of the options. Visit our Custom Order page to get more information about placing a custom order.
What size are your bows?
Our bows range in size depending on how BIG or small you like your bow to be. Click HERE to be directed to our bow sizes page to learn more.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer a "Team Discount" to anyone ordering 10+ bows and encourage you to contact us to inquire about our discount.
How long does it take to receive the bows?
Once payment is received the following processing times have been established to give you an idea of when to expect your bows:
1 - 10 Bows 5 - 7 Days
11 - 20 Bows 7 - 10 Days
20 + Bows 10+ Days
If you are on a deadline simply email us. We try to accommodate special requests on a per case basis.
If I order custom made bows, How do I pay?
Once our customers have informed us of their custom order we create a custom listing on our website under Email Custom Orders in our store. Be sure to read the description to ensure accuracy as once the order is placed we assume that it is correct as we imputed.
